Module 1 - The Science & Metaphysics of Crystals

  • What crystals are: mineral formation, molecular structure and piezoelectricity
  • How crystals hold and transmit vibrational frequencies
  • Crystal colour and its relationship to light, chakras and healing
  • History of crystal use across ancient Egypt, India, China and indigenous traditions

Module 1 - Crystal Families & Properties

  • Quartz family: Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Smoky Quartz
  • Grounding crystals: Black Tourmaline, Obsidian, Haematite, Red Jasper
  • Heart-opening crystals: Malachite, Green Aventurine, Rhodonite
