Healing rooted in science
· guided by wisdom
Kiran grew up in Shimla, a hill town where life moved at a gentler pace and people valued relationships over possessions. The people around her were straightforward, hardworking, and always willing to help one another without expecting anything in return.
Those early years taught her that kindness, compassion and honesty were not ideals to aspire to – they were simply a way of life. It is a conviction that still shapes how she works, and how she meets every person who sits with her.
Her mother was a life insurance advisor who built trust through empathy and genuine care for the families she served. Her father, a pharmacist, showed a quiet dedication and an unwavering commitment to helping others through his craft.
Between them they modelled something Kiran never forgot: that competence and compassion belong together, and that understanding people matters just as much as solving problems.
She pursued a Bachelor of Arts, but even before college she had been moved by the Dalai Lama’s writings on compassion, kindness, and the shared humanity that connects us all. Those ideas stayed with her.
Rather than choosing a career for status or security, she was drawn to work that was fundamentally human-centric – where supporting a person’s growth mattered most. That instinct became the foundation for every choice that followed.
The pivot came during the pandemic, while Kiran was studying in Canada. Cut off from family and friends in India by travel restrictions, she lived with real uncertainty – and watched many international students around her struggle with loneliness, financial stress, and declining mental health.
One question would not leave her: why do some people stay resilient and hopeful through the same crisis, while others are overwhelmed? That question set the direction of everything since.
The search for an answer led her into the intersection of psychology, resilience, positive psychology, mindfulness, and India’s classical healing traditions – read alongside contemporary neuroscience and behavioural research.
She became fascinated by how ancient wisdom and modern science could complement rather than compete: two halves of the same conversation. What began as a personal search became the work she now devotes her life to.
She realised that knowledge is not enough unless it helps people navigate real life. As she worked with individuals from many backgrounds, common patterns surfaced, and complex ideas could be translated into simple, practical frameworks people could actually live by.
From that came the Symbolic Intelligence Alchemy Method™ – her integration of more than twenty-five modalities into one coherent path, and the signature work of Celestial Mindworks today.

When people lose connection to their own thoughts, emotions, values and inner wisdom, they begin chasing external solutions for internal challenges. They mistake information for transformation, busyness for progress, achievement for fulfilment.
Kiran’s work is never about fixing a person. Everyone already carries the capacity to heal and grow. They simply need the right awareness, environment and tools to reconnect with the strengths they already possess.
