Module 1 - Theory, History & Philosophy

  • What is Past Life Regression? Definitions and the spectrum of interpretation
  • Research overview: Stevenson, Weiss (Many Lives, Many Masters), Newton, Woolger
  • The mechanics of karma, soul contracts and karmic imprints
  • The between-lives state: what happens between incarnations

Module 2 - The Energetic & Psychological Framework

  • Soul anatomy for PLR: higher self, soul groups, the Akashic field
  • How past life memories are stored in the subconscious and theta state
  • Body memory: how past life trauma is held physically
  • Common presenting patterns from past lives: irrational fears, chronic symptoms, intense connections
