  • Annamaya: physical body patterns and symptoms
  • Pranamaya: energy patterns and depletion
  • Manomaya: thought patterns, beliefs and emotional loops
  • Vijnanamaya: witness consciousness and higher discernment
  • Anandamaya: the bliss body and soul purpose

Module 3 - Introduction to Hypnosis & Visualisation
